I’ve been hibernating deep in my CanFitPro text and notes. My personal trainer certification is tomorrow morning. AH!!! I’ve been putting a lot of pressure on myself and there’s so much to study. But I have to just calm down. I mean what’s the worst thing that’s going to happen? I fail. Then I’ll just study more and write it again. (I’m writing this to calm myself down but seriously I’m stressed).
At my part time job on campus we are counting down the last few weeks of work. We also have a banquet at the end of the year, so in about four weeks. Myself and one of my peers put together a Spring Shape Up program. Want to do it too? Here’s this week’s schedule.

The strength training we’re doing is the first four weeks of the 100 pushup challenge, 200 situp challenge, and 200 squat challenge.
Print it off, add in your specific details and see what you can accomplish in four weeks.
Do you need a date (like a special event) to motivate your “shape up” efforts?
