Go The Distance Week 2 – Giveaways From Adult Essentials Gummies & The Simply Bar

Howdy!  How was everyone’s weekend?  Mine was superb.  Brad and I finally got to see the Frida exhibit at the AGO and then we went for fish and chips.  On Sunday we slept in but got promptly to our chores.  I’m so happy to report that we have clean laundry and a fridge full of groceries :)

I’m so ready to start this week.  Ssshhhhh I have a secret to tell you.  Although I wasn’t supposed to start working out until today, I had a bit of a sweat session yesterday.  Me and my Nike Frees tried out the new Brooke Burke workout DVD.

Now that I’ve got that workout in the bag I’m ready to official start:

Go The Distance – Week 2!!!!!!

(feel free to grab this if you’re blogging about / participating in Go The Distance)

Let me give you the reader’s digest of the video.  One of the things I mentioned was that I’m joining the running group at school.  I’m apprehensive about this because I never think of myself as a runner and I’ve got my joint problems and let’s face it, a billion other excuses.  But it’s just 5k, and we’re building up to it slowly.  The first week we’re probably only doing a couple laps.

Next – the week 2 PRIZES!!!!  I’m honestly so excited to share these two amazing prize packs with you.
