For cash flow reasons (that’s biz talk y’all, the tuition is paying off) I’ve had to discontinue my physical therapy for a while. I blame the textbooks.
In the meantime I’m going to take to foam rolling. I hope I don’t fall off the foam roller and hit my head. Oh and update from my family doctor: he says I have to two weeks off of exercise. Le sigh.
After some delicious coffee and breakfast I’m going to head over to the gym for a weigh-in, some light walking, and the foam roller.

Ugh, foam rollers. Hurts so good! I don’t think the gym at the school has any (none that I’ve seen) so I might have to invest in my own.
