One of the best things about not having to be anywhere in the morning is being able to have an awesome breakfast. The vacation breakfasts we’ve had this week have been pretty darn good. Yesterday’s was no exception.
Looks tasty eh?!? Oh it was, it waaaaaaas
The real theme of this week is OWWWWWWEEEEEEEEE OWE OWE OWE OWE OOOOOWWWWWWWWWE.
Monday = Nike Training Club App
Tuesday = Spin Class
Thursday = Brad leading a chest workout
All week = my. muscles. hate. me.
But that’s a good thing right? I don’t really get bored of workouts. I could literally do the same workout every week and never get tired of it. However, my body will get challenged with varying workouts. Take that sentiment and multiply it by three this week.
Do I overdo things? Heck yes I do. I probably should have subbed in one of these workouts per week for three weeks. Do as I say not as I do my friends.
Brad and I really liked the NTC App workout and the spinning class. We don’t want to sub our other workouts with the new workouts. So we’re trying to figure out how to add in two extra workouts a week. That would put us up to 5x per week. Yes lots of people workout that often, but in the past we’ve been too busy. Stay tuned on whether we can fit that in to our schedule.
When you have extra time (like say vacation time) do you like to try new things or do you like to use it to relax to the max?
PS I’m speaking at Podcamp this weekend, who’s coming?
PSS – Has everyone RSVP’d to our Toronto Blogger Meetup on TOMORROW? (You’re still welcome to come even if you haven’t RSVP’d just hit me up with an email today!)

My lats still kill from Tuesday’s workout. I can’t workout tonight because the CrossFit gym closes at a stupidly inconvenient hour where I get off work at 5:30 and the last class starts then. Fooie.
See you tomorrow!
during vaca I like to relax to the max and do absolutely nothing
That breakfast looks delicious, I love having time to be able to make a nice breakfast and enjoy it slowly!
Your workouts sound intense! I like working out so that I’m sore the next day but always have to be careful not to overdo it all
Hope you’re having a lovely weekend
Approaching a vacation, I often have some high hopes about some ‘new thing’ I’ll do, or some long-procrastinated project I’ll finally have the time to complete… but then I often enjoy just relaxing and recouping so much that I let myself go.
But relaxing matters! Just addressed here, after my own vacation week! http://dareyouto.blogspot.com/2012/02/relax.html
