In Defence Of My Workout

I skipped my workout yesterday, and am not pushing it to today.  BUT in my defence I am up to HERE in studying contract law.

I’m a bit behind where I feel comfortable and only have a few more hours to study before my exam.

However, I will pat myself on the back for last week.  Even though I had my accounting exam on Sunday I made it to the gym three times last week.  In other semesters I only would have gone once and then skipped the mid week and weekend workouts.  Not this time!  I even got my super long 90 minute Ride for Heart training workout in.

I’m pretty smitten with myself for last week.  And I will most definitely get back to the gym for my mid-week and weekend workouts this week. Can’t beat myself up over one missed day, right?

Short and sweet today friends.  Gotta get to the library.

But feel free to talk amongst yourselves about The Bachelor.  I had on it last night while I was writing a freelance article (yes it was due last night, oops, last minute).  Those girls are aggressive and then some n’est pas?

  1. Yah . . . fitting in workouts and studying is hard. This is why I have to get up at 5am on some days. I’d skip the workouts entirely if I wasn’t so damn old. How is it possible that NOT working out makes me sore?

  2. Oh I am going to have to pick your brain about contract law this fall – I’m studying to write my CPPB (Certified Professional Public Buyer) designation and a big chunk of that is contract/procurement law. Good luck on your exam! I hope it goes well.
