Brain Drain: October 25, 2011

Yay midterms are done, thanks for your wonderful wishes everyone!

On the way home I had an impromptu thought and jumped off the subway to run into the mall.  I wanted my bookclub book.  I’m going to actually read it this month dammit!

Wandering around the bookstore might be my favourite activity in the world.  Have you ever realized just how much information is in one store?  When I’m in there I feel like I could do anything or be anything in the whole world.  We live in an information age and that is a beautiful thing my friends :)

I feel the EXACT same way in bookstores and in libraries. I think you and I could be good friends :)

  2. I love bookstores. Sometimes, when I have nothing to do (which doesnt happen anymore), I like to just go there to wander around.

I love going to the bookstore!!! congrats on being done midterms!

  4. I get completely lost in bookstores, even though I usually don’t buy anything. I do, however, carry around a piece of paper or my phone so I can look up books at the library later. For some reason, it’s much easier to get inspired to read at the bookstore than at the library.

YES! That’s totally what I do too. The bookstores have such good marketing that’s it’s easier to spot books.
