Only once you say. Well maybe I shouldn’t have wasted it on this post because I most certainly did not run amok on my first day in Vegas.
What I did do yesterday was relax a lot. First at the amazing pool.
I know I’m looking a little bit pink in that one. Do not fear, I am a sunscreen maven. I use SPF 30 for the body and SPF 40 for the face. There is no sun burn for this sister.
Next my whole Canadian team met for dinner. It was a delicious spread. We had fajitas, enchiladas, and salad. I loaded up on the greens first. That’s a good tip when you’re doing buffet – put your salad on first. You are likely to fill half your plate with salad and then you only have half left for all the other food (which is more likely the indulgent part.)
Speaking of indulgent. Hello there mister mojito.
I finished my night with a lovely relaxing bath.
Plus watching tv . . . in the bath. Ummmmm awesome!
That’s it for me this morning. I have to run off to breakfast and meetings. Today is when the real work really starts. It’s going to be an intense week.

Do you ever get to travel for work?
That tub is amazing! I would sit in there for hours if there was something good on TV.
I get to travel for work a bit, but usually not the most fun places, or not long enough at those places to explore. I did go to Vegas for work a few years ago and it was great. Have fun!
Oh man, what hotel is that?? I want to stay there next time in Vegas!! (whenever that might be…sigh) Kind of looks like it might be the Wynn?

Looks like you are off to a great start in Vegas! I used to travel a lot for work in my last job, but not so much now. I kind of miss it at times as I got to go to some really cool places!
I wish I travelled for work…especially to somewhere cool like Vegas! I would love to be sitting next to that pool right now

I wish my job would send me to Vegas! I’m actually going to Austin for a week next month, so I’m excited about visiting again & can’t forget free happy hr everyday at the hotel. I plan to learn a lot about drinks. j/k
That bath tub looks amazing… then I saw the TV in there and it looks like heaven. The only thing that would make that scenario better would be a glass of wine! Looks like you are enjoying yourself!
